About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Required Qualifications
- General Education Degree or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support
- Ability to remain calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable and proficient using computers
