About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our organization. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our company and customers, providing product and service information, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to provide product and service information
- Answer customer questions and resolve emerging problems efficiently and accurately
- Gather valuable customer feedback
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues to resolve customer complaints
- Maintain strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work within time constraints
Required Qualifications
- OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- 2–5 years of proven customer support or Client Service Representative experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to different personality types
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
