- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
- Support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc degree in a related field of study
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.
