We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues promptly.
Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
