We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Take orders (in-person or via phone/online platforms where applicable)
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and report issues to management
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or Bachelor\'s Degree with 1-10 years experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
