## Title: Customer Service Officer – Lagos

Position Overview

Nelson Courier seeks a dedicated Customer Service Officer to provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication with customers and maintaining a positive company image at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, or online platforms
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Record and update customer information in company systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle orders, returns, and customer requests
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM systems, MS Office)
