About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions and provide information about products, services, or policies promptly and accurately
- Help customers solve problems or complaints in a calm and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction
- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, or technical issues as needed
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference
- Use friendly and professional language to ensure customers feel heard and valued
- Work with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices to provide accurate assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of social media management is an added advantage
