Job Summary
Dunn & Braxton seeks a dedicated Customer Service Officer to manage customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will process orders, handle modifications, and escalate complaints effectively while maintaining professional composure in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Attend to inbound and outbound communications
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Complete assigned administrative tasks including agency code creation
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer orientation with ability to adapt to different types of customers
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and comfort working with technology systems
