Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) will enhance customer experience by managing inquiries, complaints, and account-related requests. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth through frontline engagement and coordination with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new accounts and guide customers through required documentation
- Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage customer identity updates, BVN issues, and card requests
- Promote bank products and educate customers on digital channels
- Maintain accurate service logs and escalate unresolved issues
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in any related field
- 1 - 3 years experience in customer-facing roles (banking experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of banking operations and services
