We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers promptly and professionally across all business units.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers on pharmacy, supermarket, electronics, and food items.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues courteously and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly service area.
- Support sales operations by directing customers, processing requests, and escalating issues where necessary.
- Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with Mopheth’s service standards.
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years customer service or retail experience (FMCG, pharmacy, hospitality is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism and patience.
- Basic computer literacy (POS experience is a plus).
