We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers promptly and professionally across all business units.
  • Provide accurate product information and guide customers on pharmacy, supermarket, electronics, and food items.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues courteously and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly service area.
  • Support sales operations by directing customers, processing requests, and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for improvement.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with Mopheth’s service standards.
Requirements:
  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years customer service or retail experience (FMCG, pharmacy, hospitality is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism and patience.
  • Basic computer literacy (POS experience is a plus).
