An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years experience.
Salary N300,000 monthly.
