An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years experience.
