A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Handle orders, returns, and service requests where applicable.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset.
