  • Oversees daily customer service operations to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Develops and implements customer service policies, standards, and procedures
  • Leads, trains, and motivates customer service teams to achieve performance targets
  • Handles escalated customer complaints and ensures timely, effective resolution
  • Monitors customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and service quality metrics
  • Collaborates with management to improve customer experience and retention strategies
  • Ensures consistent brand representation and service quality across all customer touchpoints
  • Prepares reports on customer service performance and recommends improvements
  • Coordinates with other departments to resolve service-related issues efficiently
  • Promotes a customer-focused culture throughout the organization.
