Position Overview:
- Oversees daily customer service operations to ensure excellent service delivery

- Leads, trains, and motivates customer service teams to achieve performance targets
- Handles escalated customer complaints and ensures timely, effective resolution
- Monitors customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and service quality metrics
- Collaborates with management to improve customer experience and retention strategies
- Ensures consistent brand representation and service quality across all customer touchpoints
- Prepares reports on customer service performance and recommends improvements
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve service-related issues efficiently
- Promotes a customer-focused culture throughout the organization.
