## Title: Customer Service Executive

Position Overview

The Customer Service Executive is the first point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for attending to customer enquiries, creating awareness of available products through various channels, and managing feedback and complaints. The successful candidate will redirect issues to appropriate teams or take necessary steps to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries across multiple channels
  • Communicate with customers through online chats, email, and phone calls
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Draft professional correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and take messages
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Manage logistics and ensure dispatched orders are delivered
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Develop feedback surveys
  • Identify ways to show appreciation to loyal clients
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification
  • 6+ years' experience in a similar customer service role
  • Proficiency with commercial phone systems, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Age between 30-36 years
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong conflict management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Maturity and professional demeanor
