About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent service delivery while building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times
- Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure continual business
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in the FMCG or Oil & Gas sector
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset
