## Title: Customer Service & Debt Recovery Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team in a dual-focused position that combines customer service excellence with debt recovery management. You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients while ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients (hospitals, labs, diagnostic centres)
  • Respond promptly to enquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all interactions

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule equipment installations, preventive maintenance visits, and service interventions
  • Assign clients to engineers based on urgency, location, and availability
  • Confirm appointments and follow up on completion to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track installation progress and escalate delays where necessary

Debt Recovery & Payment Follow-up

  • Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue payments
  • Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Follow up on repayment timelines at due dates to prevent client defaults
  • Keep detailed records of follow-up communication and payment commitments
  • Work with Finance to reconcile payments and update account status

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service activities, client feedback, installation status, and debt recovery performance
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree or HND in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, debt recovery, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical equipment sales (advantageous)

Compensation

N100,000 - N120,000 per month
