Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and attentive Bank Teller to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and managing withdrawals.
Location
Ndidem Usang Iso Road, Calabar State, Nigeria
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Handle cash accurately and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate transaction and customer records
- Promote bank products and services to meet service and sales targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Education and Experience Requirements
- OND/HND qualification
- 1–2 years of relevant customer service or teller experience preferred
- Experience in cash handling, sales, or client service is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Maximum age of 30 years
