Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience in selling maternity and baby products. The ideal candidate will support sales operations for an online baby products platform, engaging with customers, managing orders, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales of maternity or baby products
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proven online sales experience
Experience in gift wrapping and attention to presentation details
Friendly, proactive, and organized personality
Passion for helping parents and babies

Compensation

N160,000 monthly
