Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, promoting our products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them make informed purchase decisions while driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Provide detailed information about products and services to prospective customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively

Sales & Promotions

• Promote and sell the company's products by understanding customer needs and preferences
• Convert leads from social media platforms into paying customers
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize revenue per customer

Follow-Up & Relationship Building

• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the products to close sales
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Document customer details, inquiries, and sales in spreadsheets or CRM systems
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

• OND qualification with 0 - 5 years of work experience
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professionalism
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, social media, and basic office tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
• Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
