## Title: Customer Retention Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Retention Officer to join our Digital Team at Tranquil & Quest Medical and Diagnostics Limited. The ideal candidate will serve as a key customer representative, responsible for engaging clients, making follow-up calls, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. This role is essential to improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients through phone calls, digital platforms, and other communication channels
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Act as a customer representative, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and valued
  • Collaborate with the digital team to enhance customer experience strategies
  • Track customer interactions and update records accurately
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Support customer engagement campaigns and retention initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, customer retention, or client engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make professional and persuasive calls
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms (advantageous)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
