About the Role
Interrand Homes & Properties Ltd, a growing real estate and construction company in Abuja, is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. We need someone who understands how real estate works—the client expectations, the follow-up rhythm, and the sensitivity around property documentation and payments. You will be someone who knows how to keep clients engaged, informed, and genuinely satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups
- Guide clients through the sales and documentation process
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and payment tracking
- Ensure timely communication on project updates, inspections, and milestones
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and retention
- Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales activities
- Convert leads to sales
- Prepare weekly and monthly client service reports for management
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the real estate sector
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of client management, sales support, and after-sales processes
- Strong documentation and record-keeping ability
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without losing structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented personality
