## Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a transparent and dedicated customer-centric Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with our online technology students. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current students, ensuring their success throughout their learning journey with our various tech course training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor student learning performance and ensure all lessons, assignments, exercises, and projects are completed
  • Resolve urgent classroom issues and provide timely support to students
  • Serve as the focal point of contact for prospective and current students interested in learning digital tech skills
  • Provide ongoing support for registration of new students across all online training programs
  • Guide students, particularly those requiring additional support, to upgrade their performance
  • Follow up promptly on missed or late lesson and assignment completions
  • Develop, build, and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and customers
  • Address critical customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with clear and effective resolutions through virtual live sessions and real-time responses
  • Collaborate with students on projects and tasks requiring teamwork
  • Report feedback to management on digital trends, learning schemes, and strategies to improve training participation
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, registration details, and follow-up actions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or training certification in a tech field or customer service (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management from any organization
  • Proven experience working remotely from an organization that prioritizes timely completion of tasks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
