About the Role

Lyte Shipping Limited is recruiting a Customer Relationship Management Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Lagos, Nigeria.

The CRM Manager will oversee the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, boost customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer databases
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and market segmentation
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and customer data analysis
• Results-driven approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
