About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding experience for our patients from the moment they enter our practice until their departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Manage patient appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups promptly and efficiently
- Ensure the waiting area and reception are clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist in maintaining patient records and confidential information
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and address any patient concerns
- Collect feedback from patients to continuously improve our services and patient experience
- Handle payment transactions and insurance claims accurately
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus
