A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems tour customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilties
  • Manage work in customer ,incoming phone calls and customer complaints
  • Generate sales lead
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Meet customer service team sales targets.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing etc
  • Good communication and writing skill s knowledge of computer and added advantage
  • Must be a Female
  • Keep records of customer interactions etc
  • Interested Candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this key region (Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando , Abule-Ado and environs).
