## Title: Customer Care Executive

About the Role

Ruth & Roots Ltd is expanding and seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our organisation and clients, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving client concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help customers and brings a social media savvy approach to customer care. You are patient, empathetic, and passionate about communication. You understand the value of strong communication skills, love engaging with people, and can put yourself in customers' shoes to advocate for them when necessary. A medical or healthcare background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact (physically and virtually) between the company and customers, guiding and recommending the best products and services for each client's needs
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services to prospective and new clients
  • Resolve customer complaints and enquiries to ensure satisfaction with products and services
  • Follow up with customers via phone, social media, or email to confirm purchase satisfaction
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to find effective solutions to problems
  • Escalate customer concerns, complaints, and feedback when necessary and appropriate
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, confirm payments, and place customer orders
  • Promote products effectively and engage customers in a friendly manner
  • Assist customers with product inquiries
