Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent educational qualification with Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
• Minimum of 1 year of cognate teaching experience in the classroom
• Computer literacy
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Residency in Aba, Abia State

Required Skills and Attributes

• Confidence and strong affinity for teamwork with large staff groups
• Leadership abilities with clear vision
• Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage both academic and non-academic staff to the highest standard
• Experience managing both boarding school and day students
