About the Role

Amy Consulting is seeking a qualified Cruise Consultant to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking expert guidance on cruise vacations, destinations, and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cruise options, destinations, and itineraries
• Assist clients in booking and managing cruise reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise lines, promotions, and travel trends
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth bookings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of travel booking systems (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Previous experience in travel consultancy or customer service (advantageous)
• Passion for travel and strong knowledge of cruise options (desirable)
