About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Credit Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients, conduct community entry, and form new groups for loan disbursement
• Monitor and track loans daily, conduct field visits, and manage loan recovery
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of various credit reporting applications and guidelines
• Carry out any other official duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HND or BSc in any discipline
• At least 2 years of documented working experience in microfinance or related financial services
• Clear knowledge of rural economic environment and microfinance principles
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently
