About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a motivated Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork in Yobe State. You will help clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements are met.

Work Locations

This position is based in Yobe State with offices in:

• Damaturu: Bayan Tasha, Sabon Tasha
• Potiskum: Potiskum Main Market

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate credit risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
