About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Credit Officer to facilitate lending services by assessing creditworthiness and processing loan documentation in Taraba State. You will help clients acquire loans efficiently while ensuring all requirements are met and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate risk ratios and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Create and maintain payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field

Required Skills

• Strong analytical abilities
• Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Understanding of lending procedures

• Starting Salary: ₦100,000
