About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork across Lagos Mainland locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications
• Assess clients' financial status and evaluate creditworthiness
• Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collections

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
