About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a dedicated Credit Officer to facilitate lending operations by assessing creditworthiness and processing loan documentation in Kano State. In this position, you will help clients acquire loans in a timely manner while ensuring all requirements are met and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate and analyze credit risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Approve or reject loan requests based on risk analysis
• Establish and set up payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Manage daily and weekly repayment collections

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
