An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote loan products in markets, business areas, and communities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard credible clients
- Conduct client interviews, business appraisals, and guarantor verifications
- Assess loan applications and recommend approvals within policy guidelines
- Disburse approved loans and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor loan portfolio and follow up on repayments
- Recover overdue loans through ethical and professional methods
- Achieve weekly and monthly disbursement and repayment targets
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be outspoken, confident, and fearless in approaching clients
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Must reside in Akure.
