## Title: Credit Officer

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Credit Officer will manage credit assessment, loan processing, risk evaluation, and portfolio monitoring to ensure quality loan disbursement and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct credit analysis and assess customer loan applications
Visit and verify customers' businesses and collateral
Prepare credit reports and recommendations for approval
Monitor loan repayment and support recovery efforts
Ensure compliance with credit policies and CBN lending guidelines

Required Qualifications

HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in credit and loan management
Strong analytical and documentation skills

Required Skills

Good knowledge of micro-lending
Risk assessment skills
Strong communication and reporting abilities
