About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork. You will help clients acquire loans efficiently while ensuring all requirements are met.

Work Locations

This position is based in Aba, Abia State, with coverage across the following areas:

• Ariaria International Market
• Osisioma
• Faulks Road
• Abayi
• Umugasi
• Osusu Street

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate and analyse financial risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Approve or reject loan requests based on risk assessment
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor progress and status of existing loans
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collections

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field

• Starting Salary: ₦100,000
• Bi-annual Profit Sharing
