About the Role

Trinity Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, strengthening the company's brand presence, and driving growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Manage content creation for digital, print, and social media platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations
• Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office)
