About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. As a Credit Analyst, you will evaluate financial data, assess creditworthiness, and review loan applications to ensure sound credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants
• Review and evaluate loan applications
• Monitor existing loans and portfolio performance
• Prepare comprehensive credit reports
• Provide data-driven recommendations to mitigate credit risks
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in credit management and expertise in assessing creditworthiness
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify risks
• Knowledge of credit and loan structuring processes
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

• Background in banking or financial services industry
