Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to uncover insights that inform campaign development
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualise engaging marketing campaigns
• Support the ideation and creation of content across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and experiential marketing
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with brand guidelines
• Assist in developing presentations and creative proposals for internal and client-facing projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas
• Help track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation and improvement
• Support the execution of brand activations, events, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree (BSc/HND) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field from a reputable institution
• A strong passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling
• Excellent research and analytical skills
