About the Role

You will be the creative leader overseeing all our output. This is a role for a builder—of ideas, teams, and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the Vision: Define and drive the creative direction for all projects
• Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and creators
• Oversee Execution: Ensure top-tier quality across all deliverables—from logos and social content to large-scale event environments
• Collaborate & Present: Work with internal teams and clients to turn strategy into stunning creative work

Required Experience & Skills

• 5-7 years in creative direction or art direction
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across branding, motion, and events
• Mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma/Sketch
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to balance big creative ideas with practical execution discipline

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in experiential marketing
• Video production background
• Experience crafting campaigns for the African market
