Role Purpose
The Creative Designer will use artistic skills and imagination to produce visually compelling designs for various platforms including websites, logos, and advertisements. This role involves creating materials that build brand identity and communicate messages to target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use design software to bring concepts to life, working on both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce on-brand, platform-native creatives including key visuals, carousels, OOH resizes, event assets, and quick-turn motion graphics for promotions
- Work in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma with strong attention to basic coloring and typography discipline
- Partner with video teams to version broadcast teasers into social assets
- Maintain organized brand libraries and templates
- Deliver fast iterations based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years of design and motion graphics experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work in entertainment, FMCG, or technology sectors
- Proven ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Age: 24–35 years
