A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: Oversee daily operations of courier services, manage team of couriers, ensure timely delivery of packages, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Logistics/Transportation or related field

• 2+ years experience in courier/logistics

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with Nigerian routes and logistics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate courier activities

• Assign and track deliveries

• Monitor performance and address issues

• Resolve customer complaints

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

• Prepare reports on delivery status and performance
