Position Overview

An established company is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the strategic growth, operations, and business development of the Telco aggregator business in Nigeria. This senior-level role requires a professional with deep industry expertise and strong, established relationships across major telecom operators, financial institutions, government agencies, and non-financial sector organizations.

Salary Package: 1 Million - 1.5 Million Monthly Net

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the Telco aggregator business, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across telecom operators, financial institutions, non-financial organizations, and government institutions in Nigeria
• Drive the launch and expansion of platforms and value-added service (VAS) solutions in collaboration with telecommunications companies
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share
• Formulate and execute country-level business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to drive high performance and accountability
• Represent the company in strategic meetings, negotiations, and industry events
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to executive management
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Transformation to drive aggregator business initiatives and partnerships in Nigeria

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technology-related field
• MBA or Master's degree (preferred)
