This role is critical to building strong relationships, visibility, and brand awareness of the organization among corporate organizations, health maintenance organizations, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and effective management of new and existing client partnerships with HMOs and Corporate organizations, and improve the company's business network for sales opportunities
• Ensure proper engagement with clients to promptly attend to their needs in both front-end and back-office functions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely response to client needs
• Deepen and grow existing client relationships by working alongside team members to inform and educate internal and external stakeholders on the value of the company
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Partnership Requests and Proposals under the guidance of the department head
• Ensure adequate and up-to-date client information is available to all units to guarantee seamless service
• Ensure compliance with standard processes for client onboarding, securing treatment approvals, and submission of invoices and bills for timely payment recovery
• Maintain effective, timely, and consistent communication between the company and its key clients while ensuring alignment of expectations and client retention
• Conduct informed visits to prospective customers to present the company's value proposition relevant to their specific needs
• Conduct outreach to existing clients and prospects through multiple communication channels
