Corporate Services Officer

Position Overview

This role supports and implements activities to generate and improve revenue growth, profitability, and impact for the organization, with a focus on Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and Corporate Organizations.

This position is critical to building strong relationships, visibility, and brand awareness of the organization among corporate organizations, health maintenance organizations, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and effective management of new and existing client partnerships (HMOs and Corporate organizations) and improve the company's business network for identifying sales opportunities
• Ensure proper engagement with clients to promptly attend to their needs, both on the front end and back office
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive client engagement and timely responsiveness to client needs
• Deepen and grow existing client relationships by collaborating with team members to inform and educate internal and external stakeholders on the company's value proposition
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Partnership Requests, and Proposals under the guidance of the department head
• Ensure adequate and up-to-date client information is available across all units to guarantee seamless service delivery
• Ensure compliance with standard processes for client onboarding, securing treatment approvals, and submitting invoices/bills to facilitate prompt payment recovery
• Maintain effective, timely, and consistent communication between the company and its key clients while ensuring alignment of expectations and client retention
• Conduct informed visits to prospective customers to present the company's value proposition as it relates to their organizational needs
• Call on existing clients and prospects to maintain and develop business relationships
