About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and analytical skills to join our team as Corporate Services Manager. This middle-level position reports to the Head of Corporate Services and oversees critical corporate functions across insurance, health management, and company secretarial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with HMO service providers for employee health insurance schemes
- Administer the company's insurance portfolio, including timely claims processing, policy documentation, and liaison with brokers and insurers
- Provide administrative support for company secretarial services, including coordination with solicitors and consultants as needed
- Manage property leases and documentation for all company premises and sites
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in insurance, HMO administration, or corporate services
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Company Secretarial Services (ACISA)
- Professional certification in Insurance (ACII)
- Professional certification in Personnel Management (ACIPM)
