Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Sales Executive to lead our corporate sales initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, nurturing high-value client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in complex solution selling, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to tailor solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain updated CRM records
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
- Manage, mentor, and support junior sales team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in a strategic sales role
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of consultative/solution-based selling and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
