## Title: Corporate Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Representative drives B2B growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining corporate accounts. This includes offices, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, event companies, and organizations that require bulk tissue and hygiene solutions.

Kuje, Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Acquire new B2B accounts across hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, corporate offices, and event companies while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and payment terms in line with company policy
  • Prepare tailored proposals and pricing packages that meet client needs

Client Relationship Management & Service Coordination

  • Manage the full client lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, delivery coordination, and feedback
  • Monitor stock levels at client outlets and ensure product availability
  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement managers, facility managers, HR/admins, and purchasing officers
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and consistent supply across accounts

Referral & Partnership Development

  • Design and manage referral programs with existing corporate clients
  • Build partnerships with supermarkets, event planners, and aligned service providers to grow corporate deal flow

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market scans and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Recommend pricing, product positioning, and packaging adjustments based on insights

Performance Reporting & Sales Analytics

  • Track pipeline, conversions, and closed deals using sales trackers/CRM
  • Submit weekly sales performance and activity reports
  • Monitor client retention and recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and client satisfaction
