## Title: Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's corporate client base
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned markets
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and ensure excellent service delivery

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to improve performance
  • Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance reports

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review
  • Use data and insights to support decision-making and sales planning

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management
