About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate organizations and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote brand awareness
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles, business development, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
